We constantly test our products for reliability. In this way we can be sure that we are delivering a quality, reliable product. Due to this and the perishability of the products we do not accept returns. If there are complaints about a product, the customer can send a detailed explanation of the problem with accompanying pictures.

Always use an address with street + house number + zip code. Courier services need these for their delivery. If your address does not have a house number, choose another address for your order to be delivered on. In case of delivery problems due to the lack of street / house number / zip code or not being at home with repeated delivery attempts, this is the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns!

Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is received. After shipment you will always receive an email with the tracking code of your order. If the order is not send right away you will receive an email with a confirmation of payment. You can choose between three different payment methods:
